Over the weekend, we went down to Valley, AL for the district swim meet. My son swam in 5 races, and qualified for State in 3 of them. 2 of the races were relay races, and the other one was the 100 yard IM.

We were the most proud of the IM race for him because his time going in was about 18 seconds too slow for the state qualifying times. But, give it to a 7 year old to cowboy up and cut almost 20 seconds off his time and make it to state. Awesome!!! Go get’m Nat!!

The race below was his 25 yard freestyle. His fastest time was a little over 28 seconds, and he cut over 4 seconds off his time and swam a 24.09. It was his best time this year and ever. He did not make it to state in this one, but he did win his heat. To him, first place is first place!!!

So, here is the deal. I am looking for some comments on my blog. I want it to be more interactive and more productive for everyone. And in order to do this, I want to reward people for their time and efforts in making the blog a well know social community.

I am going to try something for 1 month. This will run from right now, until March 31st.

What am I going to try? Good question!!

I will post at least 1 article every day for the entire month. This will help get as many how to’s out there for people to start putting into place. That is what I will be doing on my end.
